Rush Hour

This is what happens when you live in the country.

Child #1 asking about a test question's answer choice: "What does rush hour mean? I've never heard that before."


Me: "It happens in cities, when lots of cars are on the road at the same time."

Child #2, in utter shock: "WHAT?! I thought they were talking about the movie Rush Hour!!!!"

PS They don't understand rush hour well even with the explanation. According to one child, they just don't understand how you could find that many cars to fill the roads...
